We are looking for ambitious, globally-minded leaders with strong academic and professional backgrounds. Only a few candidates per year will be selected to participate in the rigorous 24-month rotational leadership program.


You will work on three strategic, international projects. Each assignment is fitted to your professional area of expertise and personal development needs. You will have ample opportunity to demonstrate your personal leadership skills and work closely with top Siemens executives. In addition, you will receive guidance from the Siemens leadership team and the CEO* Program team.

Frank Coetzee was appointed Human Resources Director of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy in February 2023. Frank Coetzee has a 20-year career in Human Resources with extensive global operational and strategic HR experience. His specialties include organizational development, business transformation, change management, leadership development, strategic workforce planning, cultural integration, inclusion and diversity, among others.


LEAP is designed for executives at or very near the top of their organisations. It covers all aspects of leadership - organisational, inter-personal and intra-personal. The programme is modular.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Larissa Cerqueira is responsible for the Fluence Global HR Strategy and deployment, enabling the business and our employees to fulfill their highest potentials. Cyndi has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources leader. She champions building cultures that emphasize employee engagement, leadership development, HR technology, and an employer brand that attracts and retains talent. She has been recognized for being an innovative strategist, consulting to develop strategic initiatives for startups, entrepreneurs, and mature businesses alike. Cyndi engages with leaders to strengthen organizational leadership skills and serves as a sounding board and confidante to help plan and better handle interactions and business situations.


Jane has over ten years of experience in product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and oil & gas industries. Most recently, she worked at Stryker as their Global Supplier Quality Manager, increasing supplier performance through quality improvement projects, standardized processes, and managing an effective supplier audit program globally.


The United States Investment Advisory Council (IAC), which was first chartered in April 2016, serves as the principal advisory body to the Secretary of Commerce on the promotion and retention of FDI to the United States. Since inception, the IAC has put forth actionable initiatives to attract and retain FDI. Past recommendations include programs and policies related to infrastructure investment priorities, improving U.S. workforce development initiatives, and improving digital tools to support economic development.


In 1998, Mike joined the Siemens Power Corporation as Manager of Technical Services and Total Quality in the Charlotte Turbine Generator Division. As Manager, he was responsible for development of business strategies, plant capital, strategic programs and Plant Total Quality. In 2001, Michael accepted the position of Plant Manager in the Fort Payne, AL electrical components plant for Siemens and was responsible for the general management of a 400+ person, medium-industrial factory with sales of $100 million. Mike then moved to Siemens Power Generation Headquarters in Orlando, FL as the Director of Strategic Marketing. In this role he led the overall business technology investment planning and lead support of M&A.


Mr. Crowley brings 35 years of industry experience where he has held key leadership roles in the development, production and deployment of some of the largest and most complex aerospace and defense products, including unmanned and reconnaissance aircraft, launch vehicles, commercial and classified spacecraft, missile defense systems, flight training and logistics, tactical fighters, and air traffic and command and control systems.
